I am so excited about being your child's kindergarten teacher.
The 2010-2011 school year will be my seventh year to teach.
I am married to Tim Ward of Benton, and we will be celebrating our 13th anniversary in December. We have a son Chris who is 20 and has joined the Marines; he leaves for boot camp on February 7. Our daughter Brittany is 16, and is a junior at Benton High School. Our son Nick is 9 and is in the 4th grade here at Howard Perrin Elementary School. Our fur baby is a Daushaund named Duchess.

My favorite color is orange, but I like all colors other than purple.
I worked in a chicken processing plant once.
My favorite place to visit is Disney World. We went for the first time last November.
I love spending time with my family, camping, collecting scrapbook supplies, crafting and getting pedicures.
I love pedicures and flip flops!
Last year my favorite activity in kindergarten was hatching butterflies and a frog. Polly, the frog, will come to school and be our classroom pet.
